“Book now” goes straight to Fresha.
The first click leaves your website for a booking platform before anyone knows which treatment is right for them. People who are not ready to pick a time slot have nowhere to go but back to Google.
See your new website before you pay anything. If you go ahead with the Website Relaunch, you pay only when you approve the finished site.

Ranking well gets people to your website. What happens next decides whether they book or go back to Google.
The first click leaves your website for a booking platform before anyone knows which treatment is right for them. People who are not ready to pick a time slot have nowhere to go but back to Google.
For injectables and skin treatments, a consultation is the natural first step. It is often buried in a menu or missing altogether. I make it the obvious next step on every page.
Qualifications, prescriber details, insurance and registrations are often hidden on an About page. I put your approved practitioner information beside the decision it supports.
A list of treatment names and prices, then a dead end. Each treatment page should answer the questions people actually have and finish with one clear next step.
Almost everyone tapping through from Instagram is on a phone. Tiny menus, pop-ups and a booking widget that takes over the screen all cost you enquiries. I design for the thumb first.
Recognise one of these on your own site?

A calm first impression that says who you are and who you help.
Treatment pages built around the concerns people arrive with.
Approved practitioner details placed where the decision happens.
One consultation route, then your booking platform.
It starts with your free website design, so you see your new site before you pay anything. If you like it, the Website Relaunch builds the real thing around your existing brand, treatments and booking platform, and you pay only when you approve the finished site. One fixed £1,500, whatever the size of your current site. No deposit, no page cap, no hosting fee, and I handle the switch-over. Live in ten working days from your accepted quote and your content. If I’m late through my own delay, £50 comes off the price for each working day, up to £300.
UK designers advertise five-page website designs from £1,500, before any build. I’ll do yours free, so you can see it before deciding.
The work concentrates on
Your homepage live on a private link, usually within three working days, then your main pages and the route into your booking system within five working days.
Agree the pages, the wording I draft for you, approved claims and one consultation route.
Build around your existing brand, with changes until you’re happy, then 45 days of changes after launch.
You approve the finished site and pay, then I switch over safely and test your booking route.
The deadline promise. Live in ten working days from your accepted quote and your content, as long as the agreed feedback and payment dates are met. If I’m late through my own delay, £50 comes off the price for each working day, up to £300.
Your current site stays live while I build. Before switching, I check your domain and email set-up, agree which pages to keep or redirect, test the route into your booking system, and agree the switch-over with you, and a way back, before anything changes. Your booking system and client records stay exactly where they are.
I handle search carefully (useful page addresses kept or redirected), but no one can promise search positions won’t move after a change.
You’re never locked in. The site is yours, so if you ever want to host it yourself, I’ll send you the full code and a step-by-step guide to putting it on your own account (Cloudflare or Vercel, both of which have free plans for a site like this).
Your site stays up while you move. I keep it running on my side until yours is live, check your set-up is correct before I switch mine off, and only then hand over. No fee.
Editing it yourself. It’s a coded website, not a page builder: there’s no login screen for changing text. The code comes with plain-English instructions written for developers and AI coding assistants, so a developer, or you with an AI assistant, can make changes. Or keep sending changes to me.
The Website Relaunch
Included in every Website Relaunch
I include the search work listed above. I don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, bookings or revenue.
Founding clinic offer
Founding price: £1,200
The standard price is £1,500
Paid when you approve the finished site
I’m new to aesthetic-clinic websites, not to websites. My first two clinic projects are £1,200, in return for case-study permission and an honest video about working together.
Any published testimonial says it came with a reduced price. The offer closes once two clinics have started.
Your new homepage, live on a private link, plus your main pages designed and the route into your booking system, with a PDF to keep. The design is free. Building and launching the finished site is a fixed £1,500.
Launching a treatment? Running a seasonal consultation offer? Welcoming a new practitioner? Send me the details. I build a dedicated page for it, set up so interested people can enquire and join your contact list, not just tap through to a booking link.
Your website stops being a signpost to your booking platform and starts doing the selling.
Managed Clinic Website
£250/month
Optional, and available after a Website Relaunch. There’s no hosting fee with or without it: the plan pays for faster changes and something new every month.
In the UK, prescription-only medicines such as Botox cannot be advertised to the public, but consultations can. Every landing page I build is centred on the consultation, not the product. I’ll point out wording I think needs a second look, and you approve the final copy. It’s care, not legal advice.
After launch
Your site stays online with SSL and security. Any change to what’s already on your site is included: prices, treatment and service names, wording, photos, opening hours, team details, the areas you cover. Done within five working days, and I fix anything in my own build that breaks.
Anything new is extra. A new page, a new section or feature, a campaign landing page, a new integration or tracking is quoted per job, or comes with Managed Clinic Website at £250 a month, along with faster changes and a monthly report. No minimum term.
If changes become a steady weekly stream, I’ll suggest the monthly plan. You’re never obliged to take one.
Each video takes a real clinic homepage, shows what gets in the way of a consultation and what I would change. Unless marked as client work, they are independent concepts, not commissioned projects.
The first clinic redesign videos are coming soon.
I’m recording them now. Want to see what I would change on yours? Get your free website design: your new homepage, live on a private link, usually within three working days.

Connor Flynn runs Professional Sports Physio, an independent practice in Cheshire. His first website cost about £3,500 plus hosting and sent enquiries to an inbox he didn’t control. I rebuilt it around how he works, with a clear route into the healthcare booking system that handles his consent and intake.
“It cost like £3,500 plus the hosting fees. It just wasn’t good.”
“It was the exact money that you quoted, it was the time frame you quoted.”
Aesthetics is new to me. Helping practitioners turn attention into booked appointments isn’t: more than 30 websites built and managed for UK service businesses in the last two years.
Read Connor’s storyThe website design and the PDF are free, with no purchase required. Only the homepage is built for viewing, and its forms and booking buttons are demonstrations. If you want the site built, it’s a fixed £1,500, paid only after you’ve approved the finished site in writing, before it goes live.
Your current site stays live during the build. I check your email settings, keep or redirect the page addresses that matter, and plan the switch-over with you, with a way back. Search positions can still move after any change, and I don’t promise they won’t.
No. The website connects to the booking route you already use. Your platform and your records stay where they are.
I draft the wording from your existing site and the material you approve. You nominate one person to gather missing details, check clinical accuracy and send back one set of feedback. We agree what you need to send, and when, before I start.
No. There’s no required monthly plan and no hosting fee within the stated terms, and once it’s paid the site is yours, with no handover fee.
It’s a coded website, so there’s no page-builder login. Changes to what’s already on the site come to me at no charge. If you’d rather do it yourselves, you get the full code with plain-English instructions for a developer or an AI coding assistant, and a guide to hosting it on your own Cloudflare or Vercel account. Your site stays up on my side until yours is live and checked.
I write from your approved information and flag wording that needs checking, and your clinical lead approves treatment claims before anything is published. I don’t give legal or regulatory advice, and I don’t certify CQC or advertising compliance.
The clinic designs you see here are independent concepts, not client projects. I’ve built and look after sites for businesses in other sectors, which you can see in my portfolio. I’m new to clinics, not to websites, which is why my first two clinic projects are at a founding price.
It can help. I build in the things that support search visibility: clear treatment pages, accurate local information, sensible titles and internal links, relevant structured data, and a site built for fast loading on a phone. I also treat what you’ve already earned carefully: before rebuilding I review your search performance, keep useful page addresses and redirect any that change. Search Console, Tag Manager, analytics and the essential events are set up in every Website Relaunch, so you can see how the site performs from day one. I can’t promise where Google will rank you or how quickly things change; competition matters, and rankings can move about after any rebuild. If you want ongoing search work after launch, that’s Managed SEO, £800 a month.

If I’m late through my own delay, £50 comes off the price for each working day, up to £300.
There’s no page cap. Your homepage, a consultation page and a page for each treatment you want to promote, agreed before I start. If other pages on your current site bring in visitors, we agree whether to keep, merge or redirect them. The price is fixed at £1,500 whatever the size of your current site: every existing page and article is carried over, with its address kept or redirected.

You supply and approve all treatment, clinical and practitioner information. This is care, not legal advice, and final responsibility for published claims stays with the clinic.
No. The work improves what happens after someone finds you: how clearly the website explains, reassures and leads to a consultation. It cannot guarantee traffic, bookings or revenue.
Tell me your website and your booking system. Two minutes. Your homepage is usually live on a private link within three working days, and the full set within five working days. Like it? I build it, and you pay only when you’ve approved the finished site.
