These terms cover the public website. Paid client work is governed by the proposal or service agreement issued for that engagement.
What the site is for
The site gives general information about website and managed-search services intended for established businesses. It can be used to assess fit, request information or arrange a call. It is not professional legal, tax, clinical or regulatory advice.
No client contract on this site
Prices, scope summaries, availability and delivery aims are information, not an offer that can be accepted by using the site or booking a call. A client relationship begins only when Ricardo and the client agree the applicable proposal or service agreement and any stated start conditions are met.
The £1,500 Website Sprint and £800-per-month Managed Search Growth summaries do not replace those engagement-specific terms.
Accuracy and availability
Ricardo takes reasonable care over the site but does not promise that every page will always be available, complete or current. Nothing on the site guarantees rankings, traffic, bookings, enquiries, revenue, legal compliance or a particular commercial result.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site’s original text, design and code are owned by Ricardo or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business or personal reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale or present the material as your own without permission or another lawful basis.
