Your website, redesigned and rebuilt.

See your new website before you pay anything. If you go ahead with the Website Relaunch, you pay only when you approve the finished site.

Your new homepage, live on a private link, plus your main pages designed and the route into your booking or enquiry system, with a PDF to keep. The design is free. Building and launching the finished site is a fixed £1,500.

The current site can quietly make good businesses harder to choose.

You may already have reviews, referrals, local visibility or social attention. The leak often happens after the click: the message is vague, trust arrives too late, mobile feels awkward or the next action gets buried.

The business has moved on

The website still reflects an earlier, smaller or less focused version of what you do.

Visitors have to work

People are expected to decode services, find proof and decide what to do without enough guidance.

Attention reaches a weak destination

Every referral, search visit or campaign has less chance of producing a useful enquiry when the site weakens confidence.

Not a prettier version of the same confusion.

The Website Relaunch concentrates the website around the commercial decision that matters: a booking, call or qualified enquiry.

Clearer positioning

Visitors understand what you do, who it is for and why it is worth considering.

Trust in the right places

Approved reviews, experience and business proof support the decision instead of sitting in a forgotten section.

One obvious route forward

The pages consistently guide suitable visitors toward the action your business can actually handle.

A stronger mobile experience

The site remains easy to understand and use on the screen most customers reach for first.

One fixed price. Not a “from” price.

£1,500, whatever the size of your current site. No deposit, no page cap, no hosting fee, and I handle the switch-over. Every existing page and article is carried over, with its address kept or redirected.

UK designers advertise five-page website designs from £1,500, before any build. I’ll do yours free, so you can see it before deciding.

How it works

  • A free website design first: your homepage live on a private link, the main pages designed and a PDF to keep
  • Like it? I build it, from your accepted quote and your content
  • Changes until you’re happy with the agreed pages
  • You approve the finished site in writing, then pay, before it goes live
  • The switch-over, agreed with you, with a way back
  • 45 days after launch for changes, with anything of mine that breaks fixed

What you won’t pay for.

  • A deposit. You pay when you’ve approved the finished site, not before.
  • Extra pages. No page cap on the pages we agree.
  • Revision rounds. Changes until you’re happy.
  • Hosting. Many designers charge £10–£65 a month for it. I don’t charge for hosting, and changes to what’s already on your site (prices, hours, photos, wording) are included. Your domain, email and booking platform keep their own charges.
  • Leaving. No handover fee. It’s your site.
  • The preview, if you don’t go ahead.

The deadline promise. Live in ten working days from your accepted quote and your content, as long as the agreed feedback and payment dates are met. If I’m late through my own delay, £50 comes off the price for each working day, up to £300.

Switching over, safely.

Your current site stays live while I build. Before switching, I check your domain and email set-up, agree which pages to keep or redirect, test the route into your booking system, and agree the switch-over with you, and a way back, before anything changes. Your booking system and customer records stay exactly where they are.

I handle search carefully (useful page addresses kept or redirected), but no one can promise search positions won’t move after a change.

Leaving, just as safely.

You’re never locked in. The site is yours, so if you ever want to host it yourself, I’ll send you the full code and a step-by-step guide to putting it on your own account (Cloudflare or Vercel, both of which have free plans for a site like this).

Your site stays up while you move. I keep it running on my side until yours is live, check your set-up is correct before I switch mine off, and only then hand over. No fee.

Editing it yourself. It’s a coded website, not a page builder: there’s no login screen for changing text. The code comes with plain-English instructions written for developers and AI coding assistants, so a developer, or you with an AI assistant, can make changes. Or keep sending changes to me.

The Website Relaunch

If you like it, here’s what you get.

Every page your site needs
Each service we agree gets its own page. No page cap. Every existing page and article is carried over, with its address kept or redirected.
The wording, drafted for you
I write the first draft from your existing site and the material you approve. You check the facts before anything goes live.
Built around your booking system
Your existing booking, call or enquiry route, connected and tested. No new system, no moving customer records.
Changes until you’re happy
Before launch, on the agreed pages. Then 45 days after launch for anything you, your team or your clients spot.
Live in ten working days
From your accepted quote and your content, as long as the agreed feedback and payment dates are met. If I’m late through my own delay, £50 comes off the price for each working day, up to £300.
Found and measured
Search foundations built in. Search Console, analytics, and booking-link clicks and enquiries tracked from day one, where access and consent allow. I don’t promise rankings or bookings.
Google Business Profile and reviews
At launch, your profile details and booking link are checked against the new site. You also get a review link, a QR code for reception and a message your team can send after appointments.
Yours outright
Your domain stays in your account. Once paid, the site and its code are yours, and you can move it whenever you like. No handover fee.

You pay once it passes the launch checks.

The fee isn’t due until every agreed page is on the private review link, you’ve approved the finished site in writing, and the agreed booking, call or enquiry route has passed the written launch checks. It’s then due within seven days, before launch. If you decide not to go ahead before approving it, you owe nothing, and it never goes live.

If anything caused by my implementation breaks within 45 days of launch, I will reproduce, correct and re-check it at no charge. Work begins within one working day after I reproduce the issue and is completed within two working days unless an external platform prevents it.

This covers the agreed website and action route. It does not promise traffic, rankings, enquiries, bookings, conversion uplift or revenue.

Included in every Website Relaunch

Search foundations, built in. Not bolted on.

  • A clear page structure and a dedicated page for each agreed treatment or service.
  • Clear page titles and descriptions, and related pages linked together.
  • Accurate business and location details, with relevant structured data where appropriate.
  • Built for fast loading and mobile use, and tested once finished.
  • Existing search performance reviewed: useful page addresses kept where possible, and any that change redirected.
  • The agreed public pages checked so search engines can reach them.
  • Google Search Console, Tag Manager and analytics set up, with the essential events tracked (booking clicks, enquiries, form fills and opt-ins), so you can see how the site performs from day one.

I include the search work listed above. I don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, bookings or revenue.

You bring the business material.

  • An existing brand and permission to use its assets
  • Approved service and business information
  • Original photography, or a plan to commission it
  • Reviews and proof you are allowed to publish
  • An existing booking or enquiry destination
  • One person to gather details and send one set of feedback
  • Domain and analytics access where required

These belong in a separate scope.

  • Business naming, logo design or a full rebrand
  • Ecommerce, custom applications or new booking software
  • Photography, video production or legal advice
  • Ongoing SEO, advertising or social-media management
  • New features or a change of direction once the plan is agreed
  • Anything new after launch, such as a page, section or feature (changes to what’s already there stay included)

After launch

No hosting fee, and changes to what’s there included.

Your site stays online with SSL and security. Any change to what’s already on your site is included: prices, treatment and service names, wording, photos, opening hours, team details, the areas you cover. Done within five working days, and I fix anything in my own build that breaks.

Anything new is extra. A new page, a new section or feature, a campaign landing page, a new integration or tracking is quoted per job, or comes with Managed Website at £250 a month, along with faster changes and a monthly report. No minimum term.

If changes become a steady weekly stream, I’ll suggest the monthly plan. You’re never obliged to take one.

From a free design to an approved launch.

The ten working days start from your accepted quote and your content. Late material or approvals move the date rather than compressing the work.

  1. 01

    Design

Your free website design: the homepage live on a private link, usually within three working days, and the full set within five.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree the pages, the wording I draft for you, and the one route that matters.

  3. 03

    Build

Build the real site, then make your changes until you’re happy with it.

  4. 04

    Approve and launch

You approve it in writing and pay, then I switch over safely and test the important actions.

The sensible questions before you commit.

What’s actually free, and when do I pay?

The website design and the PDF are free, with no purchase required. Only the homepage is built for viewing, and its forms and booking buttons are demonstrations. If you want the site built, it’s a fixed £1,500, paid only after you’ve approved the finished site in writing, before it goes live.

Could switching disrupt our website, email or Google?

Your current site stays live during the build. I check your email settings, keep or redirect the page addresses that matter, and plan the switch-over with you, with a way back. Search positions can still move after any change, and I don’t promise they won’t.

Do we have to change booking system or move customer records?

No. The website connects to the booking or enquiry route you already use. Your platform and your records stay where they are.

Who writes everything, and how much work is it for us?

I draft the wording from your existing site and the material you approve. You nominate one person to gather missing details, check accuracy and send back one set of feedback. We agree what you need to send, and when, before I start.

Are we tied to you or a monthly payment?

No. There’s no required monthly plan and no hosting fee within the stated terms, and once it’s paid the site is yours, with no handover fee.

Can we edit the site ourselves, or move it?

It’s a coded website, so there’s no page-builder login. Changes to what’s already on the site come to me at no charge. If you’d rather do it yourselves, you get the full code with plain-English instructions for a developer or an AI coding assistant, and a guide to hosting it on your own Cloudflare or Vercel account. Your site stays up on my side until yours is live and checked.

Does ten days mean ten calendar days?

No. It means ten working days from your accepted quote and your content, as long as the agreed feedback and payment dates are met. If material or approvals arrive late, the date moves with them. If I’m late through my own delay, £50 comes off the price for each working day, up to £300.

How many pages do I get?

As many as the site needs to do its job. There’s no page cap: your homepage, a contact or consultation page, and a page for each service you want to promote, agreed before I start. The price is fixed at £1,500 whatever the size of your current site: every existing page and article is carried over, with its address kept or redirected.

Will this help me rank?

It can help. I build in the things that support search visibility: clear service pages, accurate local information, sensible titles and internal links, relevant structured data, and a site built for fast loading on a phone. I also treat what you’ve already earned carefully: before rebuilding I review your search performance, keep useful page addresses and redirect any that change. Search Console, Tag Manager, analytics and the essential events are set up in every Website Relaunch, so you can see how the site performs from day one. I can’t promise where Google will rank you or how quickly things change; competition matters, and rankings can move about after any rebuild. If you want ongoing search work after launch, that’s Managed SEO, £800 a month.

Is this suitable for a brand-new business?

Usually not. The Website Relaunch is designed for established businesses with a clear service, existing demand, an existing brand and approved material ready to use.

The rebuild comes first. What happens next stays optional.

You receive the agreed website whether or not you continue with me, with no hosting fee either way. If you want it looked after, measured and improved, the monthly plans build on each other.

Two optional next steps after launch.

Neither plan is a hosting fee: every site I build is hosted with no monthly fee, plan or no plan, within fair use. You pay for my time, not for a server.

You pay for what the site does, not for a page count.

There’s no page cap and no counted revision rounds. Every service you want to promote gets its own page, each with a clear job, and you give feedback until you’re happy. Things that cost little to provide, such as SSL and hosting, are never charged as extras.
